Case Results

  • State vs. Chris P.Open or Close

    Client was charged with Attempted Murder, Felonious Assault and Robbery. All charges with gun and Repeat Violent offender specifications. Client was facing more than 30 years in prison if convicted. Attorney Michael Siewert tried the case before a jury and received a not guilty verdict on all charges.

  • State vs. Dwain B.Open or Close

    Client was charged with Aggravated Murder, Murder, Aggravated Robbery and Robbery. All charges carried gun specifications. Attorney Thomas Gjostein tried the case before a jury and received a not guilty verdict on all counts.

  • State vs. Mike K. Open or Close

    Client was charged with Possession of Drugs (Felony 1). Attorney Siewert successfully argued that the search warrant was invalid and argued for all evidence to be suppressed. The State withdrew its appeal. All evidence was suppressed and the case was dismissed.

  • State vs. Jason H.Open or Close

    Attorney Gjostein went to trial on a multi-count indictment, which included Aggravated Murder and Murder. After trial, Attorney Gjostein secured jury verdicts of not guilty for those most serious charges in the indictment.
